I am trying to purchase the hero skin Arcane Sentinel Jaina from the hearthstone shop, yet it tells me that it’s a duplicate purchase. It will not allow me to purchase this skin, even though I have checked my hero inventory and she is NOT there. I don’t know if anyone else is experiencing this bug, but it needs to be fixed so I can purchase the skin, please.
Shop not accessible for me by now, so I have to ask if its solo skin or a bundle with card back ?
If its bundle and you own the card back you cannot buy this bundle.
Its stupid but thats how it is.
