Hero Power interactions on 2 cards seem unintended

I think you need to change at least some cards that deals with Hero Powers.
I say this realizing that Wild is not the format you’re hyper focused on trying to balance, but sometimes some changes are needed.

Reckless Apprentice - “Fire your Hero Power at all enemies.”
This guy sucks to play against once the mage hero power is imbued 4-5 times, BUT he makes sense by himself.

Sing-Along Buddy -“Your Hero Power triggers twice.”
This card by itself is okay, but how it interacts with Reckless Apprentice is odd, at least to how I understand how it should work, but more importantly, feels bad to play against.

You Hero Power triggering twice, to me, implies that YOU the player activated it.
Firing your Hero Power at all enemies, is not activating your Hero Power. It is the card ‘shooting’ what your current Hero Power is.
So to me, playing Reckless Apprentice while you have Sing-Along Buddy on the board, should not ‘fire’ your Hero Power at all enemies TWO TIMES.

I mean, am I the only one that seems weird to?
Even if you disagree, I think we can agree it feels bad.

That, totally, wild is the best, wild is the worst

However, it does not seem weird to me at all that this is how it works. You’re quoting the text of the cards yourself.

Fire your Hero Power at all enemies, Your Hero Power triggers twice

It seems kinda logical that this is synergistic

Arguing that triggering your hero power without actually activating it shouldn’t benefit from trigger synergies is the same as saying that Rivendare shouldn’t double the deathrattles that you triggered without having the minion die.
The point could be made that “fire at” is not the same as “trigger”, but it would be nitpicking on the fact that this is a better wording than “Trigger your hero power for each ennemy (target them if possible)”

So when my spells are casting twice and i play a minion that casts a spell…what should happen?

Spell goes twice? or spell goes once because the minion is casting the spell and not me?

that one
even if the spell is cast by another spell that you cast yourself, it will not be duplicated

Then why would apprentice interact with singalong buddy?

Its apprentice activating the hero power, not the player…

If my spells dont cast twice because thier source is from a nonplayer then a hero power shouldnt either, imho

Singalong buddy says your hero power triggers twice, it doesn’t say YOU have to trigger it.

And Brukan says my spells cast twice…

Your not casting the spell, a minion or another spell is casting it, so the spell is “theirs”. Even not triggered by you, the hero power is still yours.

I understand all that, but its still inconsistent.

Say i have Brukans effect active and i have Zentimo on board. The second copy of a spell wont hit adjacent minions but the first will…so am i to assume my spells dont actually cast twice, but its brukans effect that should actually read “brukan casts a copy of every spell you play for the rest of the game”

And there is also the argument to be made that since the imbued mage hero power doesnt target, it shouldn’t even be activated by reckless apprentice, but I digress.

Its just an small game indie company after all, no real reason to make everything consistent and easy to understand…

Reckless apprentice simply fire your hero power for each ennemy there is. there’s one heck of an inconsistency though as he forces your hero power to become targeted and will trigger some on-target synergies that normaly don’t apply to non-targetted hero powers
