Are there any plans to add previously obtainable with gold skins like Chef Scabbs to the pool of permanently purchasable ones like Magni which I reckon has never been updated?
Highly doubt it will be added to the permanently purchasable ones.
All you can do is sit on 1000 Gold and wait for it to show up in the shop.
