We’d like to provide several links to some helpful billing information and troubleshooting basics that we hope will assist you in resolving minor issues and answer common questions that may arise.

Helpful Billing Information

In addition to the above information, the following troubleshooting may be helpful for users who are having trouble making purchases in the Hearthstone shop.

  • Check your primary payment method. Make sure that it’s valid, not expired, and that all associated information is correct.
  • Check with your bank or payment provider to be sure that they are not declining the transaction.
  • If you prefer to use Balance, make sure that you have enough. Remember that it can take up to three days for recently loaded balance to be credited to your account. To learn more about Balance, please check out our Balance FAQ.
