The problem is that after launching the game, it freezes randomly (the program becomes unresponsive), and the only thing I can do is restart the game. This is very frustrating because once I get back into the game, it’s no longer my turn, and I end up losing most of my matches. There have been rare cases where I could play 1-2 matches in a row without issues, but in 95% of cases, the game freezes during the first match. There is no error code or anything else, just the .exe stops responding. That’s it.
What I’ve Tried So Far
Reinstalled Windows twice
Reinstalled the game (also deleted the cache from the %appdata% folder) twice
Used the “Scan and Repair” option twice
Updated my BIOS
Updated my GPU drivers (currently using AMD 24.12.1)
Enabled XMP in BIOS settings
Swapped out RAM (tested with two different sets of memory)
Tried every possible in-game setting (frame rate, quality, etc.)
I found these solutions on various forums, but unfortunately, none of them resolved the issue.
My System Specs
GPU: Sapphire RX 5700 XT 8GB
CPU: i5-10400F @ 2.90 GHz (6 cores)
Motherboard: B560M DS3H V2
RAM: 32GB
This issue is incredibly frustrating because my system specs should easily meet the game’s requirements. I’ve also read that other players have experienced similar problems after recent updates, but if this is a global issue, why hasn’t the developer done anything to optimize their game?

also having this issue the past week or so sinse returning to game… windows 11. happened on both the latest and previous nvidia driver (new one released today)… rtx 4070
same here. After restarting PC can get 1 game of battlegrounds before it keeps droping (no game of standart is being found) Process not responding after 3-5 seconds of search
Same issues here. On my potato, my kids new high end gaming rig and Geforce Now. All have the same crashes and loss of turns if not the rest of the game. I bet even mobile is having the same issue. No response from this small indie company
their only competent intern is too busy handling all the issues at once can’t afford to actually hire competent people who get stuff done. or at least communicate a timeline. the tragic fate of small indie firms.
I’ve been having issues for over a month now, playing Battlegrounds only. The game crashes about five times in a single round it just closes on its own. I have to reopen it quickly, and sometimes it reconnects me to the game, but other times it doesn’t.
From what I’ve observed, this only happens at the beginning of a round it NEVER occurs during the shopping phase. This really sucks.
I’ve already tried several things to check if the issue is on my end, but I just can’t seem to fix it. I’d really appreciate any help before I quit this game t’s just not fun anymore like this.
