Every single time I open battle.net Hearthstone shows it has an ‘update’, where it sits on “initializing… please wait” for 2-3 minutes and then says its ready. Battlenet also says it has an update (shown by the green up arrow), but when I click update and restart, nothing happens and the arrow shows up again.
Here is a list of every fix I have tried:
Uninstall/Reinstall BattleNet
Uninstall/Reinstall Hearthstone
Delete Cache File, Battlenet File, Hearthstone File, LocalAppData, ProgramData
Swap Launch Regions
Swap which drive I install BattleNet/Hearthstone on
Install as admin, launch as admin, update as admin
Made a new administrator account
Scan and repair
Install newest battlenet launcher from website
Disabling all 3rd party proxies, security systems, antivirus, etc.
When I email support, they send me an automatic response of potential fixes, almost all of which are in my above list that I told them. I then tried all of the fixes AGAIN to no avail. Please help. If my game crashes in any fight, it is literally impossible for me to reconnect in time.
