Im getting error
“Closed
Your game timed out as it was requesting data from the hearthstone utility service please relaunch hearthstone to reconnect”
and on the top right
“HS:CT;netcachedecks=0;netcachecollections=0;netcachecardvalues=1”
when I try start Hearthstone.
Happens on all Regions,
Have deleted battle.net cache, reinstalled battle.net launcher, reinstalled Hearthstone. Nothing Fixes it.
Please help.

I am also having the same issue. Everything else works, i.e Steam games, but not this.

We already have a topic on this issue with recommendations. We have found this being potentially an account level issue that will need to be looked into individually. Please try the steps recommended on this post and contact our Technical Support team as needed.
Thanks for the report, KalLaba ! I’d assume if that helped, a New Admin account and clearing the Battle.net Cache and Tools on the New Admin account may help as well.
We do not recommend to clear registry files or registry cleaners as this may cause issues with the operating system. This hasn’t been successful so far from our reports on troubleshooting. If the New admin and clearing the files helps, please do let us know! If not, please do reach out to our Technical Support team .
