Hey there guys. I’ve played many hours on my desktop and have only seldom encountered errors. The other day my internet went out and when I connected to a temporary wifi, I was able to play. Since that day, after reconnecting to my original network, my blizzard app opens and hearthstone starts but times out before I see the game screen. I’ve uninstalled the game and that didn’t seem to have any effect and for some reason it took forever. Like a few hours to reinstall. My internet is not slow, and as mentioned, I’ve played this game here for a long time so I’m not sure what the issue is. Any ideas or solutions?

this happens to me every month or so and i still don’t know why. always fixes itself on its own after a day or two, but it’s frustrating to not know why this keeps happening. none of the online solutions have worked for me, either
