Hi everyone! I was wondering if yall could help me with an issue I’ve been having with Hearthstone.
a couple of days after the new expansion was released, every time I would try to log in to hearthstone on my PC, it wouldn’t load and it would display this screen:
“CLOSED! Your game timed out as it was requesting data from the Hearthstone utility service. please relaunch hearthstone to connect.”
and in the top right corner, it will read:
“HS:CT;NetCacheProfileNotices=0;NetCacheDecks=0;NetCacheCollections=0”
(I’m not sure what it means, but it won’t allow me to reconnect no matter what I do. Also I have tried posting a picture but apparently posting pictures is not allowed, Sorry!)
I have tried reinstalling the game, scanning and repairing the files, updating my drivers, and checking for game updates, but nothing seems to work. This doesn’t seem to happen when I log in to hearthstone on mobile, so I’m guessing it has to do with something relating to my computer.
I also thought it might have something to do with the servers being busy, but I highly doubt that since this screen pops up at all times of the day and hearthstone mobile still works.
