I have the same problem since the patch came out.

Same here. I could open a bugged version for about 5 seconds and since then it’s never been open after patch. Cannot start an arena anymore either because the currencies are locked.

Same , both on my pc and iphone …. Already second day and i both reinstall the game on pc and phone and same situation , i need that mini set how to explain to Blizzard

Same issue for me, since the new BG patch the shop stays closed, can’t buy the new season pass. Blizzard please fix.

Same stuff on my side! It must be affecting a lot of people.
I have reached to the support and they mentioned that their tech team is already aware and working on it.
Hopefully they get to the bottom of that soon!

yeah, nothing works, flushing DNS, activating lsass, deactivating firewall, ios, bluestack, password change, nothing. cant spend money, blizzard totally gave up on the game I guess.

Same problem. tried all the hotfixes nothing worked
SOLVED FOR ME. use US VPN, open the shop from the card opening page, seems to be working for me.
