Hearthstone on mobile not connecting on home WiFi

Hi,

My hearthstone on my iPad and Samsung s23 ultra are unable to connect to hearthstone on my home wifi. I usually have to turn off my wifi on my phone and play on mobile roaming. Strangely, HS works on other wifi, it’s only my home wifi that is having problems. It’s not a router issue as mobile HS has worked before with different ISP but same router / modems.

I have contacted my ISP and they would like to get the IP address that the android mobile versions in Australia would be trying to connect to so they can trace back the issue on their end. Could I please have these IP addresses so I can pass them to my ISP?

I know this problem from when I’m sleeping in hotels. Some WiFi networks outright refuse to connect to Hearthstone. It’s an issue with the WiFi settings.
