After opening an application, clicking shop or trying to open packets, game crashes and closes. I’m using Ipad 2 mini with iOS 10.2.1.

It might be worth a shot to uninstall and reinstall the game. Account data is saved to our servers so there is no progress loss when doing this. Just make sure to login with the same email you used previously.

Hey, bart212! There’s been some known issues with Hearthstone iOS devices and low memory issues. Our team is aware of the issue and working on the compatibility of these devices. This isn’t guaranteed to fully resolve the issue, but we’ve seen some success with it, try updating the iOS to at least 12.4.

@caterpepi I’m having the same issue on iPad Pro third generation 12.9 inch, IOS 13.3.
Running no other apps in the background. I’ve tried restarting the device and reinstalling the game.
I can run black desert no problems on this thing. Why can I run a game like that no problem but a game which looks like this crashing constantly?
