Since the new battleground update my hearthstone app crashes every time I open it. I tried starting a new account and it plays the tutorial fine but as soon as I log back into my account it crashes.
Phone meets minimum requirements to run hearthstone, did all of the troubleshooting steps.
The last login attempts that I’m seeing are from an Android device with an older patch version. Our team’s recently pushed an update to fix the Android freezing/crashing issues. The latest version should be 16.4.42888.
If it does continue to experience issues, please contact our Customer Support team. Since this problem isn’t happening on a new account, it can indicate that there is an account level problem that we’ll need to check on the account. Account issues are not handled on the forums for privacy and security reasons.
