This has happened frequently last two weeks. In average i need to try and start hearthstone three times before it launches because i get the message “closed, your are disconeected from the blizzard services. please relaunch hearthstone to reconnect”.
Whenever I play in battlegrounds or ranked i more often than not after i finish i get that a message about “disconnected, game completed and recorded! restart hearthstone to continue” and from there the loop restarts with the closed-message.
I have no internet connectivity issues and i can launch other blizzard games just fine, its only hearthstone thats not working.

Same!! I’m so irritated that I’ve stopped playing. I’m also getting lag in game for no reason! My net is just fine and I can play every other game.

millions of people are stuck at home with nothing to do. i actually did more than just my daily today which never happens. yes, its kind of slow and ive been disconnected too but was immediately reconnected.
Same problem here, client keeps disconnecting and reconnecting, sometimes I can play a game but it disconnects right after and exits, has been like this for three months. ISP said there is nothing wrong on their side, everything else works fine, besides HS. A fix would be great after 3 months of this bs

This is still happening in June/August… only started the last week for me so its odd. I’ve scanned and fixed the HS files and found zip. I uninstalled it and reinstalled and noticed no difference. I play half a dozen other TCG games and have no issues but every game mode in HS is affected. Oddly it happens MORE in single player adventures, like 2-3 times a TURN more… anyone found any fixes?

This is happening to me too. I’ve done all the troubleshooting and every single game I play it kicks me to the closed sign part way through. Then it reconnects me to the same game but it’s after a couple turns have passed and the other person gets a huge advantage. Nothing else is disconnected to the internet, and everything else works great. Internet connection is strong.

is it really an old thread if the problem is the same and the description still fits? 
Its almost like disconnection problems have been persistent for months now and there is no solution in sight.

Hey all,
Disconnections in Hearthstone can be caused by a lot of different things.
If you’re still disconnecting after trying the basic steps I’d recommend running a WinMTR to look for packet loss (if you’re on PC) or trying an alternate connection (if you’re on mobile).
