Terrible card. Abysmally slow and you can’t even kill it off with naturalize anymore. Ramp druid already has a pretty much unbeatable lategame so hadronox value is redundant. The only reason hadronox ever saw constructed play was because of witching hour
Another issue is you can’t run spreading plague, a ludicrously broken card, alongside hadronox, a slow and bad card

I watched a spooky mage obliterate that deck. . The player only faced one so I can’t say it’s consistent.
I’ve seen a couple iterations going around. The strongest I’ve seen, by far, is the one that includes the fatespinner for aggro/buffs and the 10 cost minion taunt that draws a minion and reduces by 8.

I loved the idea of the whole mixing up the meta with an old expansion.
But then there is druid who have too much of everything already.
I faced several nasty druids already including the Deathrattle one.
Also some are just running the same old ramp druid but added a few cards here and there. Especially the spreading plague card is not something that druid really needed but will definetly use.
Board full of 1/5’s at 6 mana (depending how many minions you have ofc) will give them plenty of time to continue with their scamming.
Really hope druid will not be the new metaking because its so oppressive , doesnt matter what deck it is, the 20 mana and the ramp i hate to play against it.
I think with Spreading Plague, it will definitely put druid over the top.
I already hated spreading plague in wild…unless I was the druid lol. The KotFT cards make the deathrattle package for druid make more sense. I hope there’s more support for the archetype after the death knights return to wild
Yeah pretty sure about that also. That card is simply too good for the current druid imo.
Try put some pressure on turn 1-5 and then they slap that one in your face. Manage to remove the taunts , and bam right into scale onyxia and welcome to the endgame where druid is king and you can just watch lol.
Yeah, now aggro is really going to have trouble, which means late game druid is a real thing to contend with.

Well I just went an easy 5-0 with the deck straight to Platinum 1. Still haven’t seen anything that could beat me other than Control Shaman that just somehow gets Mutanus 3 times or I get unlucky and draw Hadronox early and it gets hit by Theotar or Mutanus.
You have to wipe a big board like 8 times lol Most classes can’t do that.
Did you forget what druids location does? Yeah. Druid has a location too. Not one that has seen play but if there is any deck for hedge maze hadronox druid is it.

No, because you want to draw the high cost minions via Sesselie. Plus, Plaguemaw would just spawn more of the Spreading Plague taunts, and you want as few of those as possible.
It works kind of like Big Priest.
I’m debating putting Farmer in for the Hadronox though cuz I’m greedy.
