Guys it’s not fan in 2 days… I open 30 packs of card’s and get just 3 or 4 epic card’s I don’t suspect drop like 3 legendary cards in 1 pack bud it’s acceptable to have 1 legendary cart In 10 packs … I waste real money to have 30 card packs to have some cool card’s and in total I have nothing… im.totally dissatisfied with whis issues and I hope that I’ll get some compensation like some legendary.pack of card or something like that it’s unacceptable to let drop rate legendary cards like that 30 packs and nothing… last time I text support when I open 10 end get nothing and he tell open some more u will 100.get some leg.c. so I open another 20 and have the same sh*t like previously…
in AVERAGE you get 1 legendary per 20 card packs, there’s even a pity counter that guarantees that you get a legendary after 39 packs of the same expansion with no legendary
30 packs with no legendary is unlucky but that’s nothing unusual

You are guaranteed to get one legendary from the first ten packs you open from a new set.
After that, you will get on average one legendary from 20 packs, but it could be as high as 40.
Compensation for what? What actual promise did Blizzard break?

I dont know for sure but I assume the person needs to be basing their pity counter purly on opening a specific set’s booster packs. As in you cannot throw in some Standard packs in that number of opened packs after opening a number of a specific set’s packs. My assumption would be they would be on separate pity timers. Or worse, what if it reset your timers when you changed which packs are opened? Oh I’d loathe that if true… but I doubt it would be…

Well OP never mentionned those 30 packs to be their first 30 packs of an expansion

just dust your old cards, and build your deck with said dust. You probably have a gold mine. I did. It is tedious and boring, so put on a youtube video and get to dusting friend.
Still crazy to me that they havent added a wildcard feature similar to LoR so that you can choose the legendaries you actually want. ESPECIALLY when it comes to the golden/signature legendaries you get in bundles and packs
I stopped buying the pre purchase bundles because it was just a waste of $150 to get a load of cards, most of which I will never use or will never see play cus they are filler garbage. I got sick of the 2 bonus golden legendaries always being 2 legendary cards that were either garbage and would never see play or not for classes i wanted to build decks for
Think of how many cards release an expansion, then think how many of those cards actually see relevant play? Maybe like 25%? Being very generous there. What’s the point in spending all that money every expansion when the vast majority of the cards released never get played. Much cheaper and easier to just craft the handful of broken cards every expansion and then if those do get nerfed you get full dust back to then craft the next broken thing
Whenever you get a normal/golden/signature legendary it should give you a token which you can then use to choose a legendary you actually want. I Dont even play standard anymore cus I would spend $150 not get any of the cards I wanted.
Game just feels like a scam
The pity timer of 1 legendary every 40 packs is also stupid and it should be reduced to being every 20 packs you are guaranteed a legendary.
Another reason I stopped spending money on this game is the huge disparity in what I would get per expansion for my money. Some expansions I would buy both pre purchase bundles and get like 15 legendaries (3 from the bundles then 1 guaranteed in the first 10 packs then 1 every 10-20 packs). But then there were also expansions where I would buy both prepurchase bundles and only end with 7-8 (3 from the bundles, 1 in first 10 packs, then 3-4 in the next 140 packs) cus I would go to near pity timer with every legendary drop.
That massive difference in results just left a bitter taste in my mouth as a customer and felt like the fact my money wasnt respected. I dont want to feel scammed after spending $150 when I only receive 8 legendaries, 4 of which I was given in my first 10 packs. ESPECIALLY when the 8 legendaries I ended up getting where cards that were generally considered to be weak or for classes i personally dont play. And ADDITIONALLY ESPECIALLY when my 2 goldens from the bundles were for cards I will never play
The whole monetisation of this game sucks. Hearthstone needs to modernise and accept people want more control over their game experience. I want to be able to pick the legendary I receive. If i am spending $150 on your game I want to decide what the golden legendary or signature legendary I receive is
