Random question, what’s a character voice line (whether it’s a Hero, Minion etc) that just sticks with you? Whether it’s in a good way or a bad way.
Kel’Thuzad’s “Of course I played well, I’m Kel’Thu-FREAKING-zad!” in the classic Naxxramas Adventure boss fight always has a soft spot with me.
“Initializing descent” from Seafloor Savior is the first Hearthstone voice line that came to mind after reading your question. I don’t know why it sticks with me.

As for negative ones, I used to almost get the impression the Amani Berserker is trolling me: ‘Heh-heh-heh, it’s time for a little blod!’ (sic) or something like it…
Some of these ones would qualify, especially the likes of ‘Papeepooyah!’ and ‘Eeeyah call that a weapon, ha?’
But these are just some quick examples, there are probably many, many of them…
