I tried opening 4 whizbang packs today, when I got to the last one it disappeared. When I exit, it says I still have one pack to open. When I go into pack opening again, it shows a pack there. Try to open pack again, it just sits in the slot and doesn’t open.
I assume this is the reward pack from my last duels run?

Opened HS app after 23:00 yesterday (16/04/24)
Requested update from Play store
Downloaded update from play store
Was awarded 2 packs and tickets from incomplete Arena and Duels runs
Open pack 1 without issue
Pack 2 had same issue as Remylebiau describes above.
Drag pack from left to right for openeing
Pack freezes in place and doesn’t show opening animation
Pack doesn’t progress to card reveal
Exit Open packs and reenter
Pack displays on Left.
After several retries without progress
Closed app and restarted
Pack is missing
