Sorry for the inconvenience, I just paid again to buy the League of Explorer package but the League of Evil and League of Evil chapters are still locked and the message asking for payment is still there.
Also when I joined “Arena”. Some matches say “Game completed and recorded, please restart Hearthstone”. And it automatically turns off the game, and when it reopens, the result is a loss. Even though I won that match. What is the reason?
If you paid for a product and didn’t recieve it contact the Blizzard support and explain your situation.
