Game laggy and shop not opening

The shop wont open and so i cant purchase the miniset also the game feels abit laggy when opening as well :confused:

I just checked again the game is supper laggy there is a long delay an the tabs are greyed out i stil cant purchase miniset ship stil closed :frowning:

I have the same issue. The game is super slow on PC, this is only happening after the miniset release. If I open the collection I have to wait like 10 sec. Then if I click somewhere the same wait time. Itā€™s impossible to build a deck like this. Shop is also really slow. Hearthstone is running 30% CPU, my guess itā€™s mostly single threaded, I have a 4 core CPU. In the collection the new card art are completely white, seems like infinite effects are applied. I tried deleting the settings, updating AMD graphics drivers nothing helped.

Same here. Game is super laggy after the last patch. It is so slow I canā€™t even build a deck. Each time I click on a card there is a long pause, like the game freezes. Basically unplayable.

Having similar issues on my pc as a battlegrounds player, the game is borderline unplayable at this point.

Iā€™m assuming itā€™s not widespread given the lack of feedback on channels I went to first, but Iā€™m struggling hard. (not a single issue for years on the same pc before this update)

Hey guys! Try delete Hearthstone and download it again. It solved problem for me.

After I deleted and downloaded game again - it is not even opening

I cannot download Hearthstone onto my Ipad Ę°hen it can be done on my iphone! The loading transfering is very slow : only 1Mb of 3188Mb. I turn off and reset ipad many times; delete and reinstall the app many times but still in vain. They shows the ā€œ We are having a problem transferring data. Please check the internet connection just in case and try againā€ when i have many different sources of WIFI and hotspot. Disappoined!

Hi.
Got the same issue, I launch a ā€œCheck and repairā€ on Hearthstone, and now it works fine.
(Or reinstall Windows, it works too :smiley: )

So it was fixed but again my game is now supper laggy takes long to load and my shop is closed i logged into the game but before i start my game some of the buttons is greyed please fix this lag and the shopts that closed.

This never used to happen before i would just open the game all my buttoms would show and my shop was opening now the top and bottem is greyed out and my stop is closed and it takes way to long to return to normal my other games work fine so its on your side i suspect.

I am also noticing an delay when i play the game is noticably slow when i play my cards thers a delay its not immediate :confused:

Shops been closed for the enire day :confused: and the game plays extremly laggy and slow :confused:

are u guys from south east asia?i have the same problem when using local fiber isp but when using data from the phone eventho not as fast as fiber,everything become normal
