Game is unplayably slow since last patch

I hope its not my laptop but I dont think it is since everything else I do seems to work normally.

Since last patch game (in any game mode battlegrounds, regular etc) starts to slow down when things get hectic often costing me a turn. Ive tried freeing up memory and right now i am reinstalling the game but i am wondering if there are any tips. I just lost my job and need to nerd out for a little while while i recuperate :_[

Noticed this too, specifically since last patch, not had issues with this before, I mainly play BG and noticed I had significantly less “functional” time, as actions, animations etc went slower, activated slower etc, at one point so slow I thought I disconnected
