Can you do something about game freeze and random disconnects?
I had long talk with blizz support team and i was giving them all info they asked and at the end they still claim it is problem on my side even if they cant say what it is! I cant ask there anymore cause they threated me with perma ban from playing any blizz game, so i have to ask here.
It is not that often but i can say it is avg once per day. Game just freeze, but i can interact with board, sound is there, i can hover over card and they will focus, etc. But i cant play or do anything, and that lasts as long as i stay in game. When disconnects happens i cant reconnect or if i do it goes out again, and in that time im checking my connection and it is running perfectly, all other stuff that are requiring net are woring with no problems.

Right after the update, or actually about a day after, now every single game I play I get disconnects during the game, at least 5 or 6 minimum and toward the end of the game it will kick me entirely and say sorry can’t finish try another time to reconnect. Like wtf?

I had that as well. But only for the first day. But now i have problem when i leave game afk long enough that i just have to reconnect after i bring game window on front, it never recconects, i have to restart game every time. Like i said, lets stay patient, game is still in Beta…
I just had the same issue, it was in battlegrounds last 4 players , the game just froze completely but the sound remained. I restarted the app but it just took me back the main menu with no notification about the match… very frustrating.
How they cantfix issues or at least allow you to reconnect after their bug? It has been so long since game first started and blizzard has o much money. I just dont want to believe that they are so cheap.
Just look at UI or spectators mode (almost non existent).
