We can’t really determine much from the error entry without any other system data to go with it.
What I can say is that c0000005 is typically an access error. Something is corrupt, out of date or interfering with resource access by the game client.
Update Windows, update all system drivers, temporarily uninstall/disable any running software that is not needed for the game to run, and if that fails reinstall the game client.

It is important to play the game with the monitor running. When you encounter the issue, take screenshots of the CPU and GPU temps in the monitor and save those for your reply. (support cannot use the log, it needs to be a screenshot(s) of the CPU and GPU seconds once you have recreated the issue.
I have the same issue going on. GPU and CPU temps seems fine and everything is up to date. I have this issue on my laptop and my pc all together not only in my pc which is weird.
i am having the same problem. my game keeps crashing randomly during duel matches and everything is up to date. i even lost a heroic match because everytime i logged in and rejoined the game it just crashed before i could even play a card. after about the 5th time i tried it finally loaded and the match was over
