Game freezes on loading screen (iPhone)

My previous topic was connected to the DB 303:0 error and closed, although it has nothing to do with it. Still can’t login after that issue has been resolved.

When I open the game I’m stuck on loading screen. The logo is pulsing, but nothing happens, and after a while I get a “connection timeout” screen with a message in top right corner: “HS:CT;NetCacheProfileNotices=0;NetCacheDecks=0;NetCacheCollection=0”.

Re-installing doesn’t help. Game works fine on my Mac, but not on iPhone.

This started couple of months ago, around the same time when I switched to paid iCloud plan, I didn’t have any problems like that for years before that. In another topic someone suggested to turn iCloud private relay off, but it didn’t help.

yeah i read the iCloud private relay can cause some problems , but i dont know if turning it off and try makes it work immediately , mb with relay turned off try a phone restart , after a game reinstall or something else …

Another thing that is not clear is what connection do you use … the phone use the same connection of the mac ??

I’m on android and i can’t login too. It just stuck on login screen after i input password.

what browser do you use ? and what phone language ??

Happens on all types of connection - mobile, home wifi, any other wifi, with or without VPN.
