Game crashes right away

every time after i start looking for an opponent or try to start a game against the AI the game sends me to the loading screen and just freezes there
playing on PC

Ztek,

From a glance at this issue, it sound like something is blocking the connection when joining multiplayer. I would want to start with checking out the Anti-Virus on the system and make sure it is not just blocking us. It happens. :slight_smile:

it may also be worth just doing a power cycle of the local network.

If these do not help, as you are on PC, it can help to get a DxDiag from the system.

DxDiag instructions (click to expand)
  1. Press Windows Key + R.
  2. Type DxDiag and then press Enter.
  3. In the DxDiag window, click Save All Information.
  4. Name the file something you can remember and click Save.

To add it to your reply here:

  1. Open the text file and copy all of the text.
  2. Paste the text in your reply.
  3. Highlight all of the text and click </> on the post editor.
