Game Crashes Everytime I Queue for a Match

About 5seconds into queuing for a match, regardless of game mode, the client freezes and crashes. I have reinstalled twice. Same issue, same frequency. Once it happens it occurs everytime I try to queue.

This is occuring on my Windows 8 laptop. Which is great, considering I am using my laptop as an alternative to my mobile device which has been crashing sporadically for a month now with no fix from Blizzard.

Edited Note: This was happening before the patch on 11/12. I tried reinstalling the game on 11/11 and was faced with this issue. 100% of attempts to queue for a game result in a freeze/crash of the client.

Hey, Looda! A little bit more information with the system may give us some clues to what’s happening when it crashes or freezes after queuing. Are you receiving any errors when it crashes?

Could you provide a DxDiag file. Copy and paste the text file created and paste it between two ~~~ like so:

I’m on my iPad and it happened to me for 2 ranked games. Very frustrating.

It happens when I try to join a game. The game kicks me out when I’m in the queue (during the spinning wheel) and no matter how many times I restart the app, it will not let me reconnect to my game and will keep closing the app. The experience, I repeat, is extremely frustrating.
