I finally made some progress with feedback on this:

Hi Drakuloth, I can appreciate that. I’ve tried all the channels, and have an ongoing ticket, and gotten nowhere so far, unfortunately. It is clearly and issue that there is a fundamental disconnect between those on support and those who can fix the issues. VPN trick only helps about 30%. Still frequent disconnects. UPDATE: I finally got some clarity from a technical person via 9th web ticket. Sent a 10th asking for more detail and why the auth connection is the only one that fails. Hel…
