Game crashes after every match

It annoys me that there is no info on this problem. It says that the game is saved after almost every game and that i should reconnect. Please help.

I’m disconnecting from the game after every game too. I don’t experience any problems during the game, however, I have to restart the application after every game played. I’ve tried to reinstall the game and my Wi-Fi is running perfectly on every other device connected. It seems like the Battle.net sometimes disconnects and reconnects a couple times during games as well, but it doesn’t affect anything mid-game. I’m running a MacBook Pro 15-inch from 2016 MacOS Mojave 10.14.6. I haven’t been able to find others with the same problem before now, but it has been a problem for a couple of weeks. I have the same problem on my iPhone 8. Usually I have to restart the app to start a second game. It doesn’t matter if I’m on Wi-Fi or mobile data.

Same issue. I usually can’t evet login when I am on WiFi or Ethernet. I can only play this game smooth with mobile data. This problem started for the few last months and it seems it still continues

Please can Blizzard address this. It is clearly a widespread issue.

5 days with an open ticket about this issue and still no answer from bli$$ard…guess they are trying their hardest to make us quit their products altogether.

Crash, crash, crash. Every night in recent days. Like 5x tonight. Windows 10, windowed mode. RTX2060.

I have this problem too. I play on an older ipad, but it looks like its affecting more than just old ipad users.

I finally made some progress with feedback on this:

yep, me too. Same hardware (ipad4).
Every single game this weekend crashed when trying to return to the menu screen after a game.

Do you also have problems crashing during matches if there is an exceptionally long turn or elaborate animation? Or if there are a lot of golden cards on the board?

It’s absurd that a card-battler requires more than 3GB of RAM for it minimum requirements.

It’s not a hardware issue… see my link above
