Game crash when i try to log in

A couple of days ago, the game stopped working on my phone.Many manipulations were performed, but nothing helped to solve the problem.

  1. the phone was rebooted
  2. updated SOFTWARE ( 13.5.1 )
    3)Reinstalled the game
  3. the game was updated Today
  4. cleared the cache on your phone.
    Nothing helps. When you log in to the game two buttons, click “log in” the loading screen appears and the game immediately crashes. I can’t figure out what the reason is. Also, the game was recently installed on my computer,could this have affected the game on my phone in any way? iPhone XR

Instead of clicking “sign in” (for already registered account) you could try to sign in “as new player”, but then will have to do the 5 games? tutorial, and then you would reach Hearthstone home screen and from there you could go into the options and TRY switching account?

I try to do it… and know I can’t choose nothing… Game crash…

Have you tried not closing the app when it crash and let it automatically launch again?

It doesn’t work like that. If it is crashed, it will not open automatic.
