Same here, and it’s not the first time Blizzard has slipped up recently. For the amount of money I’m putting into HS would expect excellent service

Exactly the same for me. And exactly the same shame!
My boyfriend and I both enjoy playing HS, or I should say enjoyed. For the last couple of WEEKS we don’t gain any rating when playing together in the battlegrounds and now this. He can play HS because he has it on PC and android. I however, am stuck with the iOS system and still unable to play… disappointed that Blizzard doesn’t even make the time to poste a simple reply or apology to their followers! Come on please, it has been too long already.

Turned off iPad and update is App Store

Do not bother to complain it is the most boring adventure since the old days. So disappointing. I’m going to read a book.
Well good news! The AppStore says Galakronds Nutsack is available! However it says open instead of update… hmm
I clicked open and to my peril it says I need to update hearthstone. Couldve sworn I just updated it… oh well open AppStore go to Galakronds nutsa… bastards
Same issue here. Deleted the app, and downloaded again, which resolved the issue

I did the same thing and it didn’t help. Still tells me to download the latest version after restarting the phone, restarting the app, deleting and reinstalling, logging in and out of the App Store, changing from wifi to data.
So is this going to be fixed this week, or are you waiting to launch on iOS until week two of the adventure?
I guess I’ll pile on. Blizzard can we get some form of communication? Like “We know it’s a problem and we are working on it”.
I’m not mad it’s not working. I’m starting to get very irritated that we’ve seen no response or acknowledgement of an issue that many of us are experiencing.

exactly but it looks like they don’t think like us
Pre-paid and can’t play at all… this blows.
I pulled down on the update list on app store like 10 times making it refresh and it showed up just now.
I couldn’t get the update either at first on my iPad but logging out of appstore, rebooting my iPad and then logging back in to appstore fixed my problem thus now I’m downloading the update. Maybe this works for you as well.
