the game keeps freezing on me i can still use emotes and change any setting but the game will not move or change rounds

I’ve had the same issue tonight/lately, and have posted my own thread as well as responded to others. I’m seeing this referred to as the ‘endless turn’ in some other conversations. So far, the only solve I’ve read on the forums from Blizzard is to quit and restart the game… but if your problem is like most, the ability to ‘reconnect’ upon opening up the game after restarting, is not there. Hoping all the bug report forum activity catches the attention of someone at blizz.
Same problem here, the servers are shijt to be hounest. More interested in making expansions rather then fixing the conection problem and in general problems and bugs with the game. For me its 50/50 if i can reconnect to the game so its just BS:(
Game freezes for me too, also started a few days ago and it affects 40% of my matches, making HS basically unplayable.
I’m playing on a phone (Pocophone F1) on EU server.

I have observed the game becomes unresponsive for no apparent reason. I can still click the game board, but the interactions with the opponent have ceased completely. There is no rope. Nothing. I have to exit out and then it returns to the main lobby. This has happened a number of times.
Just happened again… Opponent Never Plays a Card and You Auto-Lose
