[Jul 2] Stuck on Tavern Doors or Playful Sprites on iOS/Android

Since I downloaded the newest update, I havent been able to start the game. I just keep getting stuck on the saloon doors screen. I’m using an OPPO R9S and running Android. This is the second time in just over a month that an update has made the game unplayable for me. Last time, I contacted support and they said that there is basically nothing they can do for mobile users and gave me a generic troubleshooting list (which didn’t help at all BTW!). After the latest update for Uldum, we’re seeing positive reports. Could you check for updates and retest? This has been a predominate issue for Android 6.0. Please let us know if its working after the uldum update as we’re tracking this closely!
