Trying to get hearthstone to work on my cousin’s phone (Moto G3) but it keeps freezing when it reaches the tavern doors loading screen before the hearthstone title appears. The logo doesnt flash like you would expect. The downloads all finished. I have tried reinstalling the app but it hasn’t helped. Is there any known fix? I think the phone meets the minimum requirements.

After the latest update for Uldum, we’re seeing positive reports. Could you check for updates and retest? This has been a predominate issue for Android 6.0. Please let us know if its working after the uldum update as we’re tracking this closely!
