I did complete all the starter quests, sucb as the win 5 practicar games, fisrt blood and the duelist, but im not getting the 6 free packs, what could I do to claim them?

For a limited time after Rastakhan’s Rumble begins on December 4, log in to claim 6 Rastakhan’s Rumble card packs, as well as a random Legendary Loa minion and 2 copies of the Spirit card for the same Class—FREE!

I did not find anything more specific than “for a limited time”, but my uess is that this limited time was already over when you created your account.
Yeah, I understand that, but a gm said that they are free for the whole expansion, that I just need to do the starter quest for hearthstone, but I did those a long time ago
Then I suggest that you take this up with the GM who told you this.
If he/she is correct, then they can also get this fixed for you (nobody on this forum can do that).
If he/she was wrong when they told you that, then they should own up to their mistake and apologise.
The Rastakhan Rumble promotion has ended last week, the free packs and loa are no longer available.

Thanks for contacting us about the free Rastakhan’s Rumble card packs and legendary. I completely understand the concern at not receiving those.
With that in mind, I’m more than happy to clear this up for ya! In order to receive those, the intro quests for the expansion must be completed - they’re still free, but not for simply logging in. If you haven’t completed those yet, then there should still be time to work of 'em. In the event that you did complete those quests and you haven’t received the packs, please post on our Hearthstone bug report forum here: https://us.forums.blizzard.com/en/hearthstone/c/bug-report

It appears that the GM didn’t read the internal mails with important updates.
