Guys did they remove the Free Loaner Deck or is it bugged or what is happening? I was supposed to pick my deck today and suddenly it is gone… Just the same day I was finally eligible to pick a deck that I have been waiting for so long… Really disturbing, anyone has any info about this? Did they just remove them? Are they bugged?
It’s a bug. I’ve heard contacting customer support helps. But I’ve never encountered the bug, nor offered a free deck.
I had to relog a few times until i got mine, i think it was the other day or 2 days later then…seems to be a bug.
I was like the same with 2 accounts i havnt played for 3 month, on one i had it offered straight away the other one it took 1 or 2 days, like i said before.
its from this new patch. And even worse because youre locked out from selecting a free deck you are unable to que any standard game with any deck
