I had accumulated 7 free packs for the new expansion, obviously as of now it isn’t possible to open then yet I have no packs on my account. I have made sure I’m in the correct account and correct region, I am playing on android, this is totally unacceptable

Same. 7 packs and 2 arena tickets missing after expansion went live.
Have you tried writing a ticket to blizzard?
