I haven’t checked this account for over a year, because I just forgot about it. I was told that if you don’t log in for 120+ days, then a free deck is given to Hearthstone, but I did not receive it. What to do?

If you didn’t receive a deck since recently returning, my guess is it was earned already. Each play region for Hearthstone is limited to 1 free deck so it may have been given already as either a new or returning player.
