FPS sudden drop on good PC

Greetings. Its been a while since i play Hearthstone.
I have been playing again for few days and i have got issue with FPS/laggy game.

So it starts of with high FPS 60, but around 20 minutes of game it drops to 10-20.
If i relaunch the game the FPS is back to 60.

I have pretty good PC specs:
GPU - GTX 1080TI
4k monitor
Other game is fine

I have done the tips that i browsed online:

  • deleting cache in appdata/blizzard/Heartstone
  • change option.txt and add some lines
  • make it windowed mode with lesser resolution

But its still laggy. I really want to play the game again but it can be annoying to relaunch the game every 20 minutes. Can help me?

The issue still persist. I cannot play in PC, the fps drops to 20 after 20 minutes. Can you help me?

Had the same issue on iOS against heroic Thekan. Had to close Hearthstone app at about 2/3 of the match and launch it again. Issue is also occurring in the ladder.
