FPS goes insane high when I tab out

Hi.
When I change my framerate ingame to high the fps goes on 120 fps and everythings fine. But when I tab out on my second screen while the game is open the FPS goes Skyrocket (Nvidia GeForce Experience says 1000 fps and my 5080 starts ). when I tab back in the FPS drops again on 120 end everything is fine.

Is there a Solution for my Problem like Framelock the on 120 FPS or something like that?

Edit: Someone helped me on Reddit. I had to limit my max. Framerate in nvdia control panel/3d settings.
