This is what fixed my issue. Blizzard sent this info to me after submitting a ticket:
Please start the game in EU region and then go back to US again. If nothing changes, please follow these steps:
Press Windows Key+R to open the Run dialogue
Type %LocalAppData% into the Run field and click OK
Open the Blizzard folder
Delete the Hearthstone folder
Restart the Blizzard Desktop App and Hearthstone
Temporarily Disable Security Programs
If the problem persists, uninstall and reinstall the game.
Step one didn’t work, but the step 2 procedures surely did. The local app data on my computer was the problem. Hope this helps others.

Thank you very much. It work!
It didn’t work for me. I dont know what to do anymore, works on NA server but not on EU.
It did not work at all for me too… I am on windows 10 . and Blizzard hasn’t gave me a response for days… It is a completely CLEAN installation on battle.net and hearthstone on a new windows 10 gaming computer. I tried everything.
More specifically issue on my thread :
I just bought a new gaming laptop. windows 10. installed battle.net and hearthstone. The game opens fine into the tavern doors and then after like 2-3 seconds it closes instantly. No crash reports nothing. I tried all the solutions online.
Compatibility mode, admin mode, no malware or viruses and theres NOTHING that changes this. And I dont have any of those critix or weird programs, its a NEW gaming PC.
Deleting the %localdata% /Blizzard/Hearthstone doesn’t help at all either.
Please Blizzar…
Procedure 1 actually worked for me, huh.
Deleting that folder worked for me. Had 10 minutes of lag before I could play everytime I started HS on PC.
Thank you so much, this fixed my problem aswell!!
