Kobold Stickyfinger is a Descent of Dragons card. Zephrys only gives cards from the Legacy set

In Arena I get Kobold Stickyfinger to pick it up, so I assumed that Zephrys gives every card which can also be picked up in Arena which … actually that would make sense.
Zephrys giving cards only from the Legacy set…in Arena is pathetic.
They definitely never changed it to offer anything other than Legacy cards. You may be misremembering something
This minion that steals the weapon is not on Zephrys’ card list. I think you’ve been playing a Highlander deck recently. Zephrys NEVER offered the minion that steals the opponent’s weapon!!
If you want to have the minion to steal the weapon you have to put it in your deck!!
The card has always worked this way since it was released
