File: x86\audioplugin_fluxer.dll infected Gen:Trojan.Heur.GZ

I have from last update problem with Gen:Trojan.Heur.GZ detected by my antivirus.
Could some cybersecurity employee advise me what to do in this case?
Also, it would be fine If it would be somehow removed from updates?
Do you have some security check of files?
I still do not get how it can happen.
Is there any way how to remove it from my system?
