Watched 3 hours got only 1 pack!

Can someone tell me why are the so cheap? Not just with this one, with everything!. If you promise something, do not lie to players. I mean, cmon. I watched this thing cause they said there will be drops but i got only one pack… Are they really this desparate to have to decieve people?

You’re supposed to watch for 1 hour, claim a pack. The timer for the 2nd pack doesn’t start unless you claim the first pack. It’s wonky, but, it’s how it works.
Also, was only a maximum of 2 packs.

I expected 2 pack. Where did you read you need to claim pack before progress for second starts?
