Facing the same opponent multiple times with 3 players left

I was just in a BG and with three players left faced the same person 4 times in a row. I had murlocs they had dragons. I won the first two but he won the next two and I ended up finishing in third the other player I guess was facing a ghost for 4 rounds. please fix this?

Forced 2nd place in Battlegrounds?

I was playing Battlegrounds after the newest patch and performing rather well - on my third game, I was on a large win-streak with a very solid Menagerie build. When it came down to the top 3 remaining, I was slated to battle the guy in third. I won that battle, eliminating the player in third place, putting me into a 1v1 against the guy in first. I was just in a battleground with the final 3 players. I ended playing number 2 person 3x. I ended up finishing third.

And if you look at their battle log they are losing to the same hero every turn but still shows them in 1st place.
They have allowed this to happen for over a month now with no fix while they have pushed updates.
