Playing on a Samsung Galaxy S8+. Happens over Wi-Fi and Celluar Data. Game works fine over my iPad Mini. Is there anyway to get my ticket back? I’ve had 2 losses due to this issue and if I try to close the app amd reconnect, I get greeted with a loss.

We don’t have a way to undo game losses or replace arena runs. We are only able to offer troubleshooting to resolve the root issue.

Uninstall the game then reinstall it
