Expansion packs bought not showing up

I prepurchased the emerald expansion packs a week ago. I was charged but no cards show up on my collection.

Have you opened the packs?
Because you have to do that first.

You can only open the packs after release. In your pack opening screen you should have a bunch of unopened packs.

Edit: It should also show the number of unopened packs in the main menu on the “Open Packs” button.
