so, since the battlegrounds were added into the game, hearthstone constantly wont even get past the main screen. after 30secs to a minute the game just closes with a variety of error messages. either netcachecardvalues=0 , 1 or 2 or just strictly can’t load player records and something else i can’t remember.
i pretty much tried everything, uninstalled and reinstalled twice now. deleted the battlenet cache folder, scanned for repairs in the battlenet app, reset my IP and DNS, logged out into different accounts and regions, changed compatibility version to windows 7, etc.
it just works when it feels like it (maybe 10-20% of the time), but even then the quests won’t load in right away, neither the collection. just stays an endless amount of time into loading those, very occasionally they do load up and then the game runs totally fine.
safe to say it’s almost unplayable in the current state…

For days… Sometimes it works an crahes when i go to Battleground Mode. Very rare and i am able to play.
