my friend was banned for ever 2 days ago, and he never got an answer for what.He donated $50 each addition to the game, NEVER used a bot and did not break any rules.and he just can’t get justice.Technical support writes writes “you are banned for violating the rules” you are banned for violating the rules.He has been playing the game for 10 years, mostly arenas, which he spent money on.What can be done with such injustice and not even the desire to figure it out?
Unfortunately it’s very common these days for salty losers to report a player for botting in Arena just because they have a very good deck.
Just to be clear though, he was buying those Arena runs from Blizzard directly, and not from third party / black market websites, right?
Blizzard has become a toothless and blind dummy. Their old software can’t see into hypervisors and has no way of detecting automation tools. Their answer has been to just suspend accounts based on metrics like play time.
You have no recourse, this is a private service and they can ban you for any reason or no reason. They will not tell you an answer in writing because it would confirm what they don’t want anyone (else) to know - this can happen to anyone.
