Do we still get dust for cards rotating to wild?
That dust we got during rotation in the past was for cards rotating into the hall of fame (classic cards and cards that were rotating early). Since there is no more hall of fame, because of the core set, there will not be any dust for rotation.

You never got dust for cards rotating to Wild, only to the Hall of Fame (which now no longer exists).
