It’s still not causation, so you are the same as him. That person consistently says nothing other than “I have better rank so you are wrong”; they are the picture on the dictionary for the appeal to authority fallacy; sorry but I won’t be dumb just because its’ popular for many of you to believe in the oldest fallacy.
For that to be the case, you’d have to be right and he be wrong, but other than the ocasional take that doesn’t translate for the ladder at large, I’ve seen no egregious mistakes from Altair.
