Why did the devs put this “I WIN,” card in the game. There is no strategy or defensee against it.
Why not just put a card in each deck that cost zero and if you get it on the flop and you play it, you get an automatic win. What is blizzard thinking? This game is unplaybable.

Are you talking about Holy Wrath? Been in the game since release. Been a bad/balanced card since release. So, it is not the problem. All the other cards (or whatever you identify the problem card as being) in the deck which enable Holy Wrath to be a thing, is what you have issue with.
The card I am talking about does 25 damage.
